Issues pairing my Versa

Have charged to 100%. Uploaded Fitbit app to mobile. Supposedly synced 2 devices. Don't know how to open Versa screen, keeps saying "pls download Fitbit".

Guessing there is another versa nearby already paired - check the blue-tooth settings on your mobile and forget all devices. When it discovers trackers check how many versas are available. You may have to take one out of range, or temporarily switch off the other versa, to know which one is your Rose-gold one 😉 Once connected it will see it as the primary tracker and no longer be an issue.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your Versa? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

Seems like it is set-up now.
Had to "reload" & it took ages (an hour) but is now working.
Not sure why - I hve extrenely fast WiFi etc- but it now works so 'file
closed'.
Thankd for yr contact & concern.
Hve not mastered all the apps yet but will shout if it takes me too long to
do so.
