Hi, My Fitbit app can't connect to my Versa. The setting up process keeps getting stuck at 'Found it' and then cannot connect. I've tried seriously everything already and don't know what to do now.

@NellyG sorry for the late reply. I have a Huawei P20 lite. I found out that it is not compatible. So now i'm using my old phone: Nexus 6p. And everything works fine 🙂 too bad that it is not compatible with my Huawei.
@AlejandraFitbit everything works out fine for me now 🙂 only waiting for Fitbit to be compatible with Huawei P20 lite.
