I had just gotten my Fitbit Versa on Friday evening. I used it this morning while I ran and there were multiple issues. Can someone help? I ran for 40 minutes and it took me that whole time to hit 1 mile. Usually i’d have 4 miles in by that time. Second issue, I wanted to know how long it took to get from 0.78 to 0.79...i counted a minute and 35 second. It gradually got worse after that. Third issue, my watch is constantly pausing during my run. It paused at least 15 times while running. Fourth issue, my steps are off. My fitbit app says i took 6,730 steps when i ran but my watch says 5,974. There’s no way i took over 700 steps just to get from my bed to the treadmill downstairs. Is my watch a dud?!? Help?!
