JBL Reflect Flow headphones not connecting

Hi. Wondering if someone can help me out. I've just recently bought a pair of JBL Reflect Flow true wireless earphones and am having trouble connecting them to my Versa.

I've tried resetting my device multiple times and following the Fitbit instructions to pair new bluetooth devices but it does not show up in the list of devices it can connect to. The screen just shows the 'searching' icon and ends up not finding anything.

There was one particular instance when I first tried to connect the bluetooth headphones to the Versa, it did show up in the list but failed to connect and never showed up again.

Hi,

Did you have any luck connecting your JBL earphones to your Versa? As my JBL Reflect Flow earphones arrived today & I can’t connect them to my Versa either.

Thanks,

Taylor

Hi,

I still haven't been able to connect my earphones to my Versa yet.
Unfortunately I still can only connect them with my phone and have to carry
that with me.

I just purchased the JBL Under Armoir Project Rock True Wireless earphones. So far, no luck pairing them with my Ionic. It searches and finds them, but I get the wheel of death or a big red cross saying unsuccessful. Frustrating!! Connected to my Samsung Note 9 first time though.
