Kik messaging and quick reply

So I've been able to set up my quick replies with Kik messenger on my notifications but whenever I get a message I only have the option to clear or open the message. Is there a fix to this? This is for the fitbit versa and I have a Samsung s8.

Do you know how you set up the Fitbit for Kik notificetions

since it isn’t an app

 for Fitbit I can’t find it
