I’ve noticed a lot of complaints since the latest update.
My watch is not staying charged now and my screen touch no longer works. I restarted my watch using the button several times and changed the screen background no luck.
Any advice?

Hi @Kidmom-Fitmom - these symptoms are generally indicative of a watch fault.
The only option is a factory reset using the button but it may not help or even succeed.
Contact customer support chat via the Fitbit App for help with that.
