I have tried several times to update my Versa to the latest software version to no avail. It absolutely refuses to update. All I get is the "update failed" message. Additionally, my Versa has been useless ever sense this update came out. There is no watch face, no heart rate, nothing! I even tried going into settings and I can't even turn my Versa off. Please help!

Same here. If I hold the left and lower right buttons to reset it, I can get it to work with the older software, but it simply without the update. Always stalls. I've tried uninstalling the app and resetting the device many times, but to no avail. 😕
