Left button not working.

I am unable to use the left button on my Versa 2. It does not work at all. Just stopped on Tuesday.

Hi @Madgical72  Is something caught in the button mechanism like a tiny piece if grit? If it is try to get it out with a tooth pick or a small brush. If the button is moving OK but just not working then try restarting your Versa 2 several times and also try a Factory Reset if that doesnt help. If all fails then contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Good morning!  Nothing stuck and factory reset didn't help. 😭😭😭😭. I was hoping it was just a little glitch. Contacting support now. Thanks for help. 🙂

I have blaze with the same issue. I was thinking to upgrade and searched for the same issue and I see many similar cases in Versa and now you have a similar issue in Versa 2. Given the high price of the watch, I would not spend any more money in this brand. Done with Fitbit!
