Lg thin q not connected

I am so upset I just purchased the new lg g7 thin q I had a Samsung neo before and I just recently bought a fit bit versa and scale everything was great now I can't do anything from my phone so it's all wasted that's a lot of money down the drain and a huge stress for me why wouldn't a big branded phone be able to connect over a **ahem**ty old phone how long to wait for a update or am I doomed now loosing 250$ please fix this issue soon

Your phone is not yet in the list of compatible phones. I can't say when it will be. There are so many Android phones out there with different versions of Android and manufacturer skins that overlay basic Android it is hard to keep up.  Just because it is not on the list doesn't mean it won't work, but all features may not. Did you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling it?

Yes of course I have I've tried everything now my fit bit is reset not the way I had it so it's useless for me
