Lines on Versa 2 display

I was busy with a workout at home - when my screen started making stripes across it - the screen is not cracked, had not fallen and was on my arm the entire time - I cannot read anything on it now - where can I send it for repair? who do I contact> fitbit.support is not allowing me to send any messages.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix the display issue you're experiencing with your Versa 2, please try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

 

If restarting your device doesn't resolve the problem, please change its clock face with the steps that are specified on this help article.

Dear Fitbit

The restart process did not assists.

The clock face process could not be done, as the screen is not readable because of the "stripes" - please see photo attached

Please advise
