I cannot get my fitbit to link with Strava. Keep getting the message "link account, go to Strava settings on you Fitbit mobile app to log in" when I click on the Strava icon on my Fitbit. I have tried this with no luck.
Any suggestions?

Hi, it's good to see you around the Community forums @SharBar.
Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've found to link your Fitbit to Strava.
Could you please provide a few extra details about this? Let me know if you're trying to link your Fitbit to the Strava app or if you're trying to sync your Fitbit and Strava accounts to share information between them. In addition, please let me know where are you seeing this error you mentioned.
In the meantime, you can find more information here about the integration with Strava: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
Please keep me posted.

I'm having the same issue! I have strava linked on my mobile app, I'm logged in, it's authorized. I'm manually hitting the exercise options and nothing is recorded. It will show up on the strava mobile app, but nothing on my versa lite. I just keep being told to link my account or to login, which I already am. I've logged out and logged back in.
I'm not even sure what the point of Strava is if it's not going to work.

I’m having the same issue. My Fitbit app shows that it’s successfully linked to Strava, and my Strava app shows that it’s successfully linked to Fitbit. But when I click the Strava icon on the actual Fitbit Versa, it says “link account - go to Strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to log in”. Please can someone help? I have an iPhone 7. Thanks.

Hello @Colebear06 @RyanW85, thank you for your reply and for confirming that you've been having the same problem with the Strava app.
Before considering other options, please try to complete the restart procedure as described in this article, and then try disconnecting and reconnecting both apps to check if you continue to get the same error message.
Keep me posted.
