I paid a lot for this product. Had to send it back twice due to corruption and am very frustrated because I've only had it since 12/2018. The screen is triggered during my kickboxing workouts and pauses my workout. Getting really frustrated. Is there a way to lock the screen? I'd even settle for a cover that has no sensitivity to block the screen while I'm wearing boxing gloves.
I might have a solution. If you hold the home button (the one of the left), the screen should pop up with a page saying you can change the screen wake to manual. That way, it will only show you the time if you click one of the buttons or tap the screen.
No, that still doesn't work because the problem is that when working out you inadvertently press the lower right button which pauses your workout. Regardless of manual or auto, it does the same thing.
