Logging Exercise

Wore my versa when walking on the treadmill today.  It didn't auto track the exercise so, I added it manually.  It then added those steps so, it essentially double counted.  How do I stop it from doing that? I did delete the activity but, of course, it removes it from the weekly exercise.  I'm wondering if it also affected my calorie count.  Thanks!

hi @hipmom916,

In your situation, I would use the Exercise app. Some exercises are not automatically tracked, like Treadmill. Your calories burned is calculated largely from your heart rate, and should be fine either way.
