The battery on my versa is draining very quickly, and I got it for Christmas. I deleted all my extra apps and deleted alarms I’m not usin. I have turned off quick screen, and turned on manual screen time, but that hasn’t helped either. When I use the excercise app on the versa, my battery drains 50% even if the screen is off. It has died twice this past week even though I charged it the evening before. Do you know anything else I can do to stop the battery from draining. I think the sensor is a little off too because when I turned my wrist to me the watch face wouldn’t turn on before I turned it to manual. Also I used it for a swimming workout and the heart rate monitor didn’t work during the workout and would not work for several hours afterwards. Please Help!

I had to contact support because my battery was only lasting 4 to 6 hours. I turned off notifications, heart rate monitor and all day sync. I am waiting on their response after the battery drain test. This is very frustrating since I just received mine on 1/17/19.
