My versa won't sync to bluetooth

My versa won't sync to the fitbit app on my phone. It says there is a problem with bluetooth but my phone links with everything else fine. Is there something i need to do to help it to sync? Or maybe return it?

What phone do you have?  If may not be supported by Fitbit.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 9. My fitbit Charge 2 worked perfectly with this phone. But the Versa seems like a dud?

My Versa loses Bluetooth connection with my Galaxy Note 8 almost immediately after it connects. There is no consistent way to get it to reconnect. I had no problems with my Fitbit flex 2.
