Loosing time, wont sync

I purchased my versa in Feb.  It is loosing time and will not sync.  I have tried everything on line.  I love this product when it works.  Any suggestions?

Have a look through all the other posts in this forum.  There are hundreds of us with the same issue and more.  I’ve had a response from Fitbit support this morning advising to do a factory reset which is basically the last resort.  Guess what it didn’t work!  I am beyond frustration!  Been over a week now for me but many others have had major problems since March.

At this point I am very disappointed in this product.  I will try to call support and see what happens.  I tried what they suggested with my last versa and it did not work.  I thought if I bought a new one I would be good.  3 months old and problems again.  I am ready to try a different product.
