I bought 2 Versa trackers in April and one has no problem with syncing but mine has a problem with syncing. It keeps losing connection. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall and restart the Fitbit. I am getting really frustrated. I would like it to be replaced, so how to we start this process. Thank you

What phone are you using?
To arrange a replacement you need to contact Support (link in my signature) - it is up to them whether to replace or not.
