Losing steps and battery draining quickly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I ran 3.5 miles this am.  It was initially recording my steps.  However, it just now dropped down and I have only 6 steps for the day.  My battery life is also drastically less, about 25% of what it had been.  These issues have just begun with the last update.  Please!  Is this being addressed???

I am having the same problem! My Fitbit lasts barely an hour anymore. It also was having problem reading my heartbeat but I did all the tips they said to try and fix the problem and every time I tried one of their fix it tips my battery seemed to get shorter and shorter. I put my watch on this morning after charging it all night and not even an hour later it’s dead.

My husband and I both have Ionics and we have lost about 1500 steps between 12 and 1 the past 2 days. I didn’t think about it until I saw this post, but my battery life has been horrible too!

Did you ever find out what to do? I’m writing this 10 mos after your post and my Versa started doing the same thing. At 100% charge and within 2 hours I’m at 50%. 10 hours later it’s dead. It used to take a few days to need a recharge.

I had to sent my Blaze to Fitbit. The battery was dead and they replaced it. Call Customer Service and they should be able to help you with a replacement.
