Now that the Versa Lite and the Versa 2 have only 1 button, does this mean that all of the apps that use the up and down buttons need to be updated?

Yes the developer of such apps will be required to update them to support any new devices. This is definitely the case with Versa apps, they are not available to install onto Versa Lite until the developer has marked them as compatible.

Yes the developer of such apps will be required to update them to support any new devices. This is definitely the case with Versa apps, they are not available to install onto Versa Lite until the developer has marked them as compatible.
