Lost Fitbit Versa 😢

Hi, does anyone know what I can do about a lost Fitbit Versa ? It’s very new, battery is dead and hasn’t been synced since I last did it.

Does it have a tracker ?

My boyfriend bought it me and I am gutted about it. I think I’ve lost it at work but no one says they’ve seen it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hi @Sazzle1991

There is no tracker on these devices.

If you know the battery is dead, then there is no real way to locate it. Usually a bluetooth finder app can help, but with a dead battery, even that wouldn't help.

Sometimes setting a silent alarm helps, but unless the battery is working, the alarm won't work.

Log in and if it's no longer listed there, then someone else has taken it and attached it to their own account.

Thank you for your reply !

I’ve checked my app daily and it’s still there and only me who last synced it. I’ve asked around and looked myself but nothing. Since November !  On this particular stretch of shifts I was out in the community / peoples houses  so could be anywhere as that was my thought that it’d been pinched 🙈

Sometimes these devices find the strangest places to hide. Guess you'd have to think hard to remember the last time you took it off your wrist.

People have found devices in a crevice of a car, inbetween bed sheets, under nightstands and taken off to a pet's hiding spot. It could still turn up.

Hope you ultimately find it.
