Fitbit versa screen not working

Hi, 

 

I have had my versa 2 months and today my screen started acting very bizarrely (I have tried to upload a photo, but it's not giving me option to select from gallery). It's like it's freezing and image is stuttering... I cannot use it. It still buzzes when I get messages or calls, but the screen just won't work.

 

I have tried the resetting but it's not working. 

 

Hoping someone can help? Thank you in advance.

Hi, according to the fact that you tried to upload a photo on your display, I'm convinced that you're using a Third Party Clock Face. Unfortunately this seems to be incompatible with the new Firmware Version. If you're still able to change Clock faces within the Fitbit app, install one of Fitbit itself, preferably "Light" and restart your Versa and see if the problem is solved. Keep me posted in this.

Thank you for your reply.

I wasn't trying to upload a photo to my fitbit, I was trying to upload a
picture to my post to demonstrate what was happening with my screen.

I've done as you suggested, but it's not made any difference.

Hi, sorry if I misunderstood you. Try restarting your Versa several times and see it that solves your problem. If that does not solve it, contact Customer Support about your problem.
