Hi all,
I have been having music control issues since I bought the Versa. While connected to phone (Versa (Classic) shows connected) and the phone is playing music the watch will display the "Start playing music on your phone" message. There will be no way to pause, skip forward or back.
HOWEVER, if I use the up and down buttons on the side of the watch I DO get the volume to adjust properly. Which means the phone and the watch are in fact connected.
Dear Fitbit people, can you explain this issue?

I have also had issues with the controls not working, so can't really help there 😞
