Lost Versa

I lost my versa this morning. I have been trying to use the find my Fitbit apps and nothing comes up. The last time it synched was when it was on the charger this morning. How can i find it?

You can only find it by being near enough so that your phone picks up its bluetooth signal. Is it syncing to your app? If you force a sync does it say it synced ? If so it is not far away.  You could try sending a test notification to it to see if you can hear it vibrate ( go to Versa and Notifications and the three little dots in the top right corner)

Woops just saw it hasnt synced since this morning. There is no way to find it if you dont have some idea of where you lost it. Sorry.

@Jojo1665 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa got lost. I would like to know if it got lost when you were outside or inside your house. Have you tried retracing the places you were walking when you think that it got lost?

You can also set up an alarm if your Versa got lost in your house.

I lost it some where i the house or on my way to my car. I have tried alarms and everything.
