I lost my watch on June 25,2018 while running. This is when my versa was not even 2 months old and I have never even changed bands.I tried searching for it everywhere using the bluetooth finder app and still could not find it. Reached out to fitbit via instagram and they pointed me to reach out to contact.fitbit.com. I had a conversation with their agent and as much as he wanted to help me but there is no way to overrule warranty limitations.
But How am I responsible for losing my watch doing basic form of exercise for which the watch has been designed. This is manufacturing default that the bands are weak enough to handle such simple workouts. I am highly disappointed in fitbit. I use to love fitbit and specifically bought fitbit over apple watch but now I am never buying fitbit again EVER!

FitBit should not be liable for you loosing your Versa.

why not? its a manufacturing default as the bands are made so weak that they are not even capable of handling simple running.
