My Versa is not showing my steps or HR on my watch or in my app.  Its been acting weird the last couple of weeks with my steps.  I tried changing my clock display but that didn't work.  I tried to do a factory reset through settings but I never get the option to tap About.(possibly set on quick settings there)  I did a force reset on the watch by holding the right and left button together but it did nothing.  The clock still works on the watch. Anyone??
