Love the Versa

Just wanted to say that the Fitbit Versa looks AWESOME!  Reminds me of my old Pebble Time which I loved and miss so much.  I think you have finally nailed it, Fitbit, in terms of looks, and functionality.  Hoping this watch does really well for for the company!

That's what it is. I'm glad they finally put their purchase of Pebble to use.

I use:

FitBit Aria
MyFitnessPal and MapMyRide, Garmin VivoSmart

@SunsetRunnergreat! I do hope they put that list on the vendor website when you buy it! Otherwise you might end up with something that is android and BT compatible according to the advert, but  your phone model thats is running the correct Android and BT version suddenly is not.

I really like the design! Currently got the Charge 2 and will upgrade to this once the Versa hits our local stores! Like the fact you can finally forget about it and swim with the watch.

Great price, batterylife and design. For me the best compromise vs Garmin (good featureset but ugly and expensive) and Apple (batterylife is the worst and too much functionality that would work better on a phone anyway + expensive).

Good job Fitbit!

Totally agree. The Pebble team came through. Can't wait to get my Versa!

It does look awesome and also women friendly 🙂 I should check it out and see if it is slimmer and looks not bulky on my wrist.

Ive had the fitbit surge fot almost three years and I love it - thinking about an upgrade if the versa is worth it.

It certainly looks like a more polished version of the Blaze.  My biggest initial complaint is that similar to the Blaze, there appears to be a lot of wasted face real estate that I wish was taken up by the display.

I DID TOO
UNTIL

I had my Versa for 50 days, loved it and used everyday. First it started with the battery. Wouldn’t hold a charge longer then 3 hours. Then I did a factory reset, and now my Versa will not sync or hookup to Fitbit app!!  Fitbit will not help because it was longer then their 45 day policy to refund!!!

I will NEVER buy Fitbit again!  A company should stand behind their products!!!

I did too!!

Until a month later!!!

My Versa stopped holding a charge, then I did a factory reboot. BAD mistake now my Versa will not sync to Fitbit app and will not work!! Fitbit support will not stand behind the product! I wasted $250.00

Sorry to hear. I actually never ended up buying the Versa. I just read about too many people having problems with them. I totally converted over to Garmin. I have 2 of their fitness watches (vivosport and vivomove HR). Absolutely love them and have had zero problems with Garmin. If Fitbit gets their act together, maybe one day I'll buy one of their watches again.

Try deleting the Fitbit app on your phone and then re-installing it. I couldn't get my Versa to connect with the app after I deleted my Blaze, and reinstalled the app and was ready to go. Hopefully it will work for you.

Yeah, that can scare a lot of people. I haven't had any of the issues that people are talking about... go figure. Most people who post on these things are posting because they are having problems, you seldom hear from people who have successful experiences. Glad your Garmin works for you-- nice to have a device that does what you want it to!

I bought one today at Kohl's this evening and have issues as well. It only syncs when you first Add New Device. I've order a new phone (OnePlus 6) that should be in Monday. I'll see if it works better with that one. If not it goes back. Glad I only paid $105 for it. Thanks to Kohl's Cash I got $45 off the $150 watch.

I've had SO many issues with all of FitBit's products I'm simply not going to fight them anymore.
