Hi there. I am considering the Versa or Charge 3 HR. I swim with a competitive Masters Swim Team 3 times a week. We generally average 2500 Meters (100 laps) per workout over the course of an hour. Mix of strokes. Some Sprints and some moderate effort longer distance sets.
Will either of these devices survive the rigours of this level of pool activity?
Thanks!
Charles.

Thanks I will look at the thread.
In the mean time... My Versa has survived my first month so far. I have to say that it has some accuracy issues but I know that is hard in swimming.
I find it to be out by 50 to 100 meters due to mixing of strokes. It has a harder time tracking backstroke it seems. Also it does not report stroke used in the log so it has no stroke detection. But I knew that going in. Obviously it does not detect kick as your arms are not moving. Have to add that as a manually logged item after I get out of the pool.
