Can’t log on my Versa. I receive a message saying to sync with device. My device is synced but still cannot log. Very frustrating. Please fix!

This is happening to me too. Very frustrating. Cannot log weights either.

ImI having the same problem. It just started. When I try to enter weight or water on the watch it says "Maximum logs entered. Sync your device with your mobile app to resume logging". But the device is synced. Any thiughts?
