I have a Fitbit Versa and I tried to install the Bitmoji clock face at the weekend but it just kept coming up with the clock going around/loading face so I changed to another clock face. I have just tried to install it again but it now says that the Bitmoji face isn't available for my device, can anyone help me with this please?

Edit to my post, it says it cannot be installed on my device
