Hi, unfortunately Message+ is not an app supported by Fitbit. If you want this feature enabled/developed in the future for the Versa, post your question in this board. On the top of the screen, you will find "Make a new suggestion", click that and post post your request.

@Nicolel123 Message+ fix was released with Fitbit mobile app build 2.73 I believe. Ok, let's take a look at your settings. A few questions first, are you able to receive other notifications? Does your Versa sync without any issues? For now, let's try this:

  1. In the Fitbit mobile app, make sure you enabled the notifications for Message+. Also, make sure that any app you would like to receive notifications for on your Versa has the push notifications priority set to at least HIGH (this can be done in the Android settings>Notifications). Please see my post here for more info.
  2. Make sure the notifications are ON on your Versa. Press and hold the left button to access quick menu. Turn the notifications to ON.
  3. If you still do not receive notifications, turn OFF the Notifications in your Fitbit mobile app and on your Versa, reboot your phone and Versa, and turn the notifications back ON on both devices.
  4. If your phone is in DND or silent mode, make sure Always vibrate option is enabled in your Fitbit mobile app.
  5. Make sure All-day sync, Always Connected and Keep Alive Widget are enabled in the Fitbit mobile app. Make sure to sync after enabling them.
  6. Also, please make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android (Android settings>Battery>Optimization>Fitbit needs to be marked as not optimized).

Note: In case you can receive a text notification but you do not have option for quick reply nor can you read it - Make sure that Preview of the message is enabled - go to your messaging app settings, and enable Preview on the screen (please check this Verizon help article). By default, Samsung phones have it disabled, which means message can't be seen on the phone's screen and Versa cannot read it.

Hope that helps!
