I got up this morning. My versa needed charging. I started charging my versa at 10am this morning. And it is 3:47pm. Is it supposed to take all day to charge my Fitbit. When I am I supposed to get my steps in . Next junvember. I have another fitness tracker and it chareed in 2hrs flat. Fitbit is such a pain in my a___

Hi, try to reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears, then release these buttons. Sometimes you have to repeat it to work. Keep me posted!

@Saaaypants21 No, it does not take that many hours to charge your Versa. Try rubbing charging contacts with alcohol, and using USB port on your computer instead of wall outlet... Especially, if your Versa's battery died. Leave it charging for 2 hours and try pressing the left button to boot it up. If it's not cooperating, try soft reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until the fitbit logo flashes. Good luck.
