I have a Samsung Galaxy 7. I cannot get my Versa to vibrate and notify me when I get a text message.  I have talked to fitbit tech's twice and nothing works.  How can I get notification of texts sent on messenger+

I had this problem as well.  Turns out, it seems to be a problem with Versa and the Message+ app. 

I switched my default texting app from Message+ to the stock Android message app on my phone, Message, and then I switched my text messages in my Fitbit app from Message+ to Message.  Ever since then, I have gotten text messages on my Versa without issue.  This worked for me and a few other users... we had a thread on it a few days ago.  Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue.  Changed to regular  Andriod message on phone & Fitbit app.  Now to get used to the old messages.  Eeek, feel like I've gone back in time!

Thanks for solution.  Hoping it will work.  Wonder if Fitbit Versa and Message+ will ever work together.

It worked for me until this week and now my Versa is not responding to phone calls or messages .  I am returning this one.   I hope it is a fluke and the next one works!  If not I will have to move on from Versa.
