Am I missing something regarding the core features of this product?  Product specifications state:

------------------------------------------
Smartphone Notifications

See call, text or calendar notifications on screen & get push notifications from your favorite apps. Available when your phone is nearby.
------------------------------------------

I'm fairly certain I have notifications enabled but I get NONE of the following:
1.  Text messages
2.  Kik messages
3.  Facebook messages

4.  Emails

Am I missing something?

Have you checked under App notifications if it is not under the email or notifications?

It would be helpful to include the type of smartphone that the problem is with.

The phone is a Samsung Galaxy 8.  All notification options on the phone are configured as expected.  The only notifications that pass through to the watch are incoming telephone calls.

I had a friend of mine send me her "Notifications" screenshot.  Hers looks NOTHING like mine.

Ahh...I see the problem.  Yet, another example of absolutely amazingly poor UI design by the application developers.

Within the FitBit application on the phone you can click on "Account" and scroll down to find "Notifications" and you can click the Versa icon and scroll down to General / Notifications.  Both contain DIFFERENT types of notifications - because, why would you want to create ONE Notifications settings area and have the different types broken out by type within that unified area?
