Sleep tracking trouble

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I started using my new Versa last Friday after a couple years with a Charge 2. The first night it tracked my sleep correctly and gave me sleep details. The second night I got simplified sleep and completely incorrect times (it said I had only slept something like two hours when in fact it was over seven). The third night gave me sleep details but I had to manually correct the time again. And since then it’s been a mess. Last night I actually slept from 11:11 to 6:14, but Versa recorded it as 2:06-3:09 and 4:27-6:14, with simplified sleep of course since those two windows are very short.

I contacted Support yesterday and they had me reset the tracker, which obviously didn’t work. I checked the Settings and heart rate is on (I only get the option of on or off, not automatic). Other ideas, please?

I think you will get your best (not perfect) results if you use the layers clock face (I've tried other fitbit faces and 3rd party faces and they mess up sleep tracking) and turn quick view to off.  Wear the device snugly about two fingers width above your wristbone.

Good luck.

Got an email from Fitbit asking if this is resolved.  It is not, and I'm having difficulty getting a response from second-level Support as well.  Very disappointing experience all around.
