@LJPG Do you have a gear icon or a profile picture/initials in the upper right of your Fitbit app? If you see a gear icon, then you still have a Fitbit account and you need to migrate. You will see a profile picture or your initials if you have a Google account. If you have gear, tap not it. You should see this at the top of the page:
If you don't see this, then your phone is too old. Your phone needs Android 11 or iOS 16.4 minimum.
