Fitbit claims that their products are android compatible which is a lie. Again in the website there this compatibility phones list. When there is a compatibility business, why do you claim that your products are android compatible. Huawei P 20 Lite runs on Android only. But, still Versa doesn't sync properly. Hope, fitbit would resolve the issue soon. Thank you.

@Gurunatha Sorry to hear that you're having sync issues. Please browse this forum for tips on how to sync your phone. As to Android platform, the link to devices is given on the box... It's simply impossible to test all devices when Android platform is so fragmented. Hopefully, the fragmentation will end sooner rather than later. I know it's not what you would like to hear now, but it is what it is.
