My Fitbit is stuck on a certain amount of minutes which I know I’ve gone over, as it showed my total earlier which was way higher than it says now and also my miles are lower too

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not recording your active minutes nor your distance properly. If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart of your watch by following these steps. If your activity was registered without connected GPS, you can measure and adjust your stride length. If GPS was activated, I would recommend visiting this article about the different factors that can affect GPS readings.
If necessary, you can manually log your previous activity to get the missing active minutes.
