Hi @Livvymassive , try this:
1. Close your Fitbit app on your phone
2. Do not unpair or remove your Versa from the App.
3. Restart your phone without BT. When this is enabled automatically, disable it.
4. Start your Fitbit app and sync it manually with your Versa
5. You'll get the message that BT is disabled on top of the screen.
6. Press this message and it asks to enable BT. Press yes.
7. Fitbit wil be searching for your Versa and once found starts syncing
