Multiple Issues - DST and Clock Face

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Time changed in AZ even tho they dont have DST...restarted my phone & resynced but neither solved the issue.

Then today my chosen clock face stopped working all of a sudden, changed to new clock face...restarted phone & resynced but neither resolved the issue.

I have repeatedly said (even on here) to friends that I will NEVER purchase another Fitbit...these issues just reaffirm my negative opinion...ridiculous

Hi, since you are using a Third Party Clock Face and "Time changed in AZ", I would advice you to install a Clock face made by Fitbit itself. After that restart your Versa and the problem should be solved. Once this is solved, you can install again the Clock Face you like the most.

Thank you so much for the reply and advice, but I still have the same clock face issue despite countless cold reboots of both my mobile phone and Fitbit Versa...I continue to get an error message that there is a communication issue between the two devices (despite the fact that I can sync - tho usually manually which continues to frustrate me). I am just putting up with this ridiculous issue until my Fitbit Versa eventually dies (and it will if past history is any indication), and then I will move on to a different brand.  And nobody from Fitbit has bothered to reach out to me...another indication that this brand sucks...lesson learned, money down the drain. Thanks for trying to help tho, much appreciated.
