I am having many problems with my versa 3. It's is only a month old. The haptic button has become very difficult to use and rarely works. It's showing not able to pair with the phone but it seems to work ok. However, in the last few days, my notifications are not working at all and I feel that that has something to do with it. I was able to turn off the Fitbit using the menu settings but as the haptic button is not working I could not turn it on unless I plugged into the charger. I cannot do a hard reset as the haptic button won't work. Now it is showing a password screen which I have no idea what the password is. I set up a password for my wallet but that's not working. (I could not set wallet due to my bank anyway) Also last night I lost battery to 30 % overnight.
