Music Syncing to Versa

Hello, I am having an issue with my music being able to be played on my Versa. I downloaded the desktop app and transferred my music according to the direction. However, when I click on the song on my Versa I get an error message that the file is missing or corrupt. Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix it? I have had this Versa for a few weeks now, and I love it and hate it at the same time. I love it when it works properly but it has been a headache to get there.

I had something like this when I originally put music on my Ionic.  Some of the songs synced across and some I only got the name.  I worked out (I think) that my playlist was too big, so I broke it up into smaller ones and synced them one at a time and it worked. It seemed to be overwhelmed by having to sync too much at once and I haven't had a problem since with smaller lists.  So give that a go.
