Music Transfer problem to my Versa

I have tried several times transferring my music to my Versa but every time it showed the download is completed and I use my earphone to listen. All the songs are the same as the first song I transferred to my Versa. I have tried auto and manual sync but the result are the same. Can anyone offer solution to this problem? And also, it take a long long time to connect my Versa to the desktop app also. Thanks for help

The problem is still here.

I followed the steps to transfer my songs to through Fitbit Connect app in my computer and the result are the same. It shows that the transfer progress is complete and the playlists displayed in the watch is all the songs that I have chosen. However, when I played the list through my earphones, all the songs are the same. For example, there are two songs in my playlist. "All out of love" and "Goodbye", it still plays "all out of love" instead of "goodbye" even I choose the play "goodbye". And there is the same problem in my friend's versa too.

I have got the same issue!!!

 

I was struggling to fix it myself for few days but I am just stuck!

Has anyone solved this problem yet????

I have the same problem! It will always played the first song in the playlist even though I have other songs in the list. 

 

I have tried deleting the playlist and re-adding the songs but the problem still persist. Please kindly advise!
