Really disappointed with my Fitbit Versa special addition...excited to get it thinking I would easily be able to listen to music on it and also pay off it with Fitbit pay but noooo nothing is simple...u have to have a pc to transfer music!!! In this day and age it’s ridiculous!! Fitbit please change this feature!! And the Fitbit pay....why have this feature in the uk when the practically the only banks u can use are American!!! For the money I’ve spent I really wish I’d gone for the Apple Watch ....I certainly do not recommend the Fitbit Versa ...and even more disappointing is that most Fitbit communities people are complaining about this same issue and yet Fitbit still have no solution!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
@Nazzz - Fitbit can only reach out to the banks. If they choose not to cooperate, there is nothing they can do. However, the voice of the consumer can be powerful. Let your bank(s) know you want them to be part of Fitbit Pay.
