Music and syncing issues

Frustrated. Had the Versa for 4 days. Worked good for first two.

  • Then tried to add music. What a joke. Only have 6 songs loaded. Can’t figure out how to do more.
  • Then Versa wouldn’t sync back to phone. Finally got that working.
  • Now it’s been 24 hots and Versa won’t sync or stay connected to Bluetooth.

 

I thought this was going to be my favorite Fitbit and I have had nothing but frustration. Can someone help me with all this?
