I have noticed that after the new firmware my Versa, unfortunately, is not the same anymore, I have loved the Versa because of the ease of use and as a busy person it gives no hustle using it, manly in the music controls, after the last update I noticed the restore music controls are always off, I can turn it on pair and it will connect, but straight after will disconnect and after view minutes it will turn automatically off, I have checked all the settings in the Fitbit app all-day sync enabled and the always-connected is always on.
i love this product and I feel there is no hope more for the Versa just to put it away as the great non-functional product,
Please Help

@fless Thanks for your response.
I would recommend, after enabling and syncing your devices per the instructions please power your Versa and phone off and back on. You can find instructions on this article.
If this doesn't help, you can perform a factory reset to your watch but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards and saved settings will be deleted from the watch:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

@EdsonFitbit that won't help as the issue is due to tracker firmware not device related. Take a look at the forums and see for yourself that this is not a one-off issue.

I am having the same issues with my Versa 2 and LG Q7. It pairs perfectly fine, but it constantly connects and disconnects to bluetooth classic. The music on the watch does not update when you click the next song. For example, it reads the first song I played from my phone even if I skip 5 songs on the watch. Definitely a software issue considering I have tried every solution provided already provided in this forum.
