I have checked all posts and done the changing of clock face to fitbit one, restarted bluetooth, swopping wrists. etc. Music plays perfectly from my samsung cell. Is there not like a software update to fix this??
Anyone else come right with this problem. This was one of the reasons bought it along with the swimming capability?? thanks.

@Katy9 It's a two-way street. It might be that your current buds simply do not cooperate well with Versa, even if they work with your phone. You can try unpairing and repairing, but perhaps you could try testing a different BT audio device? Also, there are threads on this forum discussing buds compatibility as well.
