I wish I knew how to start a new thread but it's possible I'm too "new" to the FitBit community, although I've been a member for at least 18 months.
I do have both WiFi and Bluetooth. My Versa tells me to turn bluetooth off when I try to transfer, and will not recognize my home network even though the FitBit app on my computer IS connected to my home network.
I do NOT use the FitBit app on my phone and I suspect this might be part of the problem, although it seems unfair to FORCE me to install an app on my phone that i have no desire to have there.
