My fitbit versa turned off after showing the fitbit logo (updating?) and did not get back on.
Tried to charge, to connect to computer and it did not work.

@SunsetRunner it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have plugged it in the charger.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if it comes back to life.

Hopefully you're still within warranty. My original versa died in 3 months and then the replacement they gave me died less than a year later. Got the too bad it's out of your original warranty line. How can they make a $200 device that doesn't last past a year. Not sure I want to take another chance.
