My Fitbit is stuck on 8 degrees Celsius

My Fitbit is stuck on 8 degrees Celsius. After several attempts to change to Fahrenheit and resync it still hasn’t changed. What do I have to do to keep what I update?

Hi @darfleck , try this:

1. Restart your Versa 2 three times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button

2. After that go within the Fitbit app to Apps - My apps and scroll down to weather and press the settings icon on the right side of it. There you can change Celsius to Farhenheit of v.v.

3. Sync your Versa 2 with you phone.

Are you using a Fitbit Clock Face or a Third Party Clock Face? regards kuzibri

Hi @darfleck , I'm afrais that the only way to solve this problem is a Factory Reset and after that  setup your Versa 2 within the Fitbit app as a new watch, sorry. Regards kuzibri

You're very welcome. If you decide to perform a FR, sync your Versa before that with your phone, otherwise you will loose your unsynced data. Regards kuzibri
