My Fitbit versa won't turn on

My fit it was flashing 0% battery. I put it on charge and left it to charge for 2 hours. The screen is black and won't turn on at all. It's dead. HELP

@PaulParlapiano My versa watch did that after an update. I called support they had me hold down the left button and bottom right button at the same time for 15 seconds. Fitbit sign flashed then I released the buttons and the display came back on for me (battery had charged even though screen was dark). I hope this helps, good luck!!

Thanks for your reply. I've tried holding down the buttons but nothing happens.
